            Complainant and opposite party present. Matter is amicably settled between parties. As per settlement the opposite party paid Rs.4600/- to the complainant being the price of the subject matter of the complaint with the cost of the proceedings. Complainant returned the subject matter of the complaint i.e., the chudidar to the opposite party. Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
