Case called out. Both the parties are present through Counsel. Both the parties have filed application for compromise. The Learned Counsel for the complainant has endorsed his “no-objection” on the application of the opposite party. The opposite party has filed an account payee cheque of Rs.10,000/- which is in the name of the complainant. Since, both the parties have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The case is decided in terms of the compromise. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. The account payee cheque filed by the complainant shall be handed over to the complainant upon due identification of his Counsel. Thereafter, records shall be consigned.
