The complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for direction upon the OPs to issue T.C.R. in respect of the complainant’s car, Rs.75000/- for mental pain and agony and Rs.25000/- for the estimated fine which the R.T.O. will impose upon the complainant at the time of registration.
The OP appeared on 15.03.2016 and filed the Written Version.
On 22.07.2016 the complainant files hazira along with a petition praying for withdrawing his case as the dispute has already been settled amicably between the parties.
Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant. Perused the petition dt. 22.7.2016 filed by the complainant.
From the petition it appears that the dispute has been settled amicably in between the parties and the complainant has no grievance against the Opposite Party. The complainant is willing to withdraw the case.
So , we are of the opinion that as per willing of the complainant, we should not stand on way of the pious wishes of the complainant.
Hence,
Ordered
that the Consumer Complainant No. 80/2015 be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
