Complainant absent.  Counsel expressed no instruction when the case is posted for recording exparte evidence.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant has no oral evidence.  One document produced along with the complaint is only an unattested photocopy of the  F.D without producing the original F.D receipt.

Hence there is absolutely no evidence.

In the result  the complaint stands dismissed.

          No costs.
