Complainant is present. A/R for Opp. Party. 2 is also present. Complainant filed a petition dated 10.12.2021 to advance the case as per grounds stated therein. On hearing, case record was called for. Complainant also filed a petition dated 10.12.2021 stating that he wants to withdraw the present case unconditionally and also does not want to proceed further against the O.Ps.

Confirmed with the parties present. Complainant expressed his willingness to withdraw the case unconditionally.

Considering the submissions of Complainant and the petitions both dated 10.12.2021, we are inclined to close the case. Accordingly the present C.C. No. 46 of 2021 is closed henceforth.
