The matter was passed over. On the second call also none is present on behalf of petitioner. The present revision petition came up for hearing for the first time on 1.2.2013, since the petition filed by the petitioner was defective. Notice was issued to the petitioner to remove the defects, within four weeks and matter was adjourned to 18.4.2013. On 18.4.2013 again petitioner did not appear. However, he has sent a letter stating that he is sending documents to remove the defects and the matter has been adjourned for today and copy of the proceeding dated 18.4.2013 has been sent to the petitioner. Though, the defects have been removed, but there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. As nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning, the present petition stands dismissed in default.
