Learned counsel for the petitioner along with petition filed a memo stating therein that the O.P has already removed the defects of  the alleged vehicle and has given additional warranty of one year. In view of the such rectification of  vehicle the complainant has settled the disputed and does not want to proceed with this case .Said memo is taken into record be formed as a part of this order.

In view of this amicable settlement this case is dropped. Abstract of this order  be supplied to the parties free of cost for their reference.
