            Both parties are present through their Ld. Agents.

           Today is fixed for reporting as to the settlement by the parties.

          On behalf of the Complainant, Ld. Agent by filing a petition states that during the pendency of this case, the OP/authorized service provider has already replaced the disputed Refrigerator by delivering a new Refrigerator as per desire of the Complainant.

           At present, the Complainant has no allegation against the OPs and is not willing to proceed with the case further.

          Having heard the Ld. Agents of both parties and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we allow the prayer of the Complainant and it seems to us that there is no need to proceed with the case further as the dispute has amicably been settled by the parties.

           Hence, the case be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction.
