On strength of an advance petition, the case is put up today. Learned counsel for the complainant filed a memo stating therein that the disputes between the parties has been amicably settled outside the Commission. Hence the complainant does not want to proceed with the case any more and the case may be dropped.

           In view of the above memo filed by the learned counsel for the complainant, the case is dropped accordingly.
