Complainant present personally before the Forum and singed here, and filed an affidavit that O.P.No.1 replaced the cycle in question and provided a new cycle to him. So he want to withdraw the case as they have settled the matter out side the court.

Considering the fact and circumstance and after full satisfication we decided to drop the case as it has been withdrawn.
