Ld. Lawyer for the OP prays for dismissal of the case as the complainant has not been turning up since a pretty long time.

Perused the case record, it appears that the complainant has not been taking any step since 13.04.2022.

Perused order No. 30 dated 15.06.2022, order No. 31 dated 06.07.2022, Order No. 32 dated 27.07.2022, it appears that complainant has not appeared on all the said dates. None also appeared on behalf of the complainant on any dates as mentioned.

It appears that the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case.

Hence,

                                                       Ordered

That the instant case being No. CC/3/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
