                   Parties file haziras. Today is fixed for hearing of the case specially on the point of maintainability ground.

                    Hd. During hearing, it has come before us that despite having enormous opportunity, the complainant fails to take appropriate step in the matter of bringing appropriate party for the suit against the claim lies.

                    Admittedly, the appropriate party has not been made party to this case and as such the prayer made in the petition of complaint does not stand.

                    Hence,

                                it is ordered,

                                                     that the case be and the same is dismissed for want of necessary party.

                    Copy of the order be supplied to the parties.
