This case record id put up today on the strength of a Compromise petition filed by both parties wherein it is stated that parties have settled their disputes out of Court and the complainant does not want to proceed with case further against the Ops.

It is ascertained from the said petition that both parties to present disputes have settled their disputes amicably without any claim complainant does not want to proceed further against the O.P. Hence considering the same, we are inclined to close the case. The present case is closed henceforth.
