This case record is put up on the strength  of  not press memo dated 27.04.2022 filed by complainant earlier found in the record today.  

It is ascertained from the memo dated 27.04.2022 that the present dispute between the parties have been settled out of court and complainants have received their H.P.Printer on replacement with satisfaction and also the complainants do not want to proceed further against the Opp. Parties.

Considering the submissions of the complainant and grounds as mentioned in the Memo, it is felt that since the disputes have already been settled, there is no more proceeding is required in the present case.  Hence the present case is dropped/disposed off accordingly, henceforth.
