A/R for both parties are present and filed a compromise petition dated 20.02.2020 stating that they have settled their disputes out of Court and complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

It is ascertained from the said petition that both parties to present disputes have settled their disputes amicably wherein the Op.No.4 is agreed to pay the cost of mobile hand set of Rs.22,999/- alongwith Compensation of Rs.2000/- and Rs. 500/- towards cost ligation to the Complainant whit in one month. It is also ascertained that on the basis of such compromise, the Complainant does not want to proceed further against the O.P.  Hence Considering the same, we are inclined to close the case. The present case is closed henceforth.
