This case is put up today after receipt after original case record from the Office of Judge, Permanent & Continuous Lok Adalat, Malkangiri Vide their Letter No. 1778 dated 05.11.2019 along with the order dated 30.10.2019 in PLA case No. 63/2019. It is ascertained from the said order dated 30.10.2019 that both parties in the present dispute have amicably settled their dispute before the Court of Hon’ble Judge, Permanent & Continuous Lok Adalat, Malkangiri during conciliation and joint compromise petition filed by them.

Considering the said order dated 30.10.2019 of Judge, Permanent & Continuous Lok Adalat, Malkangiri passed in PAL case No. 63/2019, we are inclined to close the present case vide CC. No. 68/2018, as fully settled. The present C.C. No. 68 of 2018 is closed henceforth.
