The learned advocate for the complainant is present alongwith Brajamohan Nayak. The complainant in this case. The O.p No.1 is present. The o.p No.1 filed a memo stating that the matter has been already settled in between the parties outside the court. The O.p No.1 wants to return back/Replace a new jacket along with Rs.2,000 towards compensation to the complainant. The complainant has agreed to receive the new jacket & compensation of Rs.2,000. The matter has settled inside the court in presence of bench. The complainant has received the new jacket along with Rs.2,000 as cash from O.p No.1. Both th eparties do not want to proceed further in this case.

             Accordingly this case is here by closed as the matter being settled between the parties.
