            This case is taken up today on the strength of the advance petition filed by the advocate for complainant. The complainant is also present today and filed a memo stating to receive the cheque filed on dated 25.01.2017 by the O.P.No.2. He also filed photocopy of Adhar Card bearing No. 4607 0909 2480 alongwith Driving license and pan card and another memo praying not to press the case. Heard. The memo is allowed and the complainant is received the cheque No. 525714 dated 13.1.2017 of Rs.21,200/-(Rupees Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred) only  of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited with proper identification and acknowledgment. As the complainant does not want to proceed further, this case is closed as not pressed. Issue copy of orders to the parties free of cost.
