            The complainant Sri Hemanta Manna himself is present.

            The Ld. Advocate for the OP is present.

            Heard both sides.

            Both parties agreed upon that the OP i.e. Proprietor Mr. Nitish of Electronics Centre Pvt. Ltd. shall return the amount of Rs.21,610/- (Rupees twenty one thousand six hundred ten only) to the complainant and the complainant stated that he has no objection in this agreement.

            They also agreed upon that the complainant shall return the disputed washing machine of this case to the OP with its condition,  as it was received by the complainant.

            Accordingly,  it is

                                                    ORDERED

that the OP shall pay a sum of Rs.21,610/- (Rupees twenty one thousand six hundred ten only) to the complainant on condition that the complainant shall return the disputed washing  machine to the OP within one month from this date.

            Thus , this case is disposed of in terms of the compromise between the parties.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
