“The car of the Complainant has been traced by the police and possession thereof has been delivered to the Complainant. In these circumstances, the Complaint needs total amendment. So, the Complainant wants to withdraw this Complaint, with permission to file fresh Complaint on the same cause of action after modification of the pleadings and the relief.This Complaint be dismissed as withdrawn, with permission to file fresh Complaint.”
In view of the above statement of Sh. M.S. Saini, Counsel for the Complainants, this Consumer Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh Complaint on the same cause of action.
