Order Dated 23.01.2009<br /> <br /> <br /> ORDER<br /> <br /> Complainant present. Notice served on opposite party. Sri Lohith M. advocate filed vakalath for opposite party. Defence version also filed. Since the matter is small in nature, forum asked the parties to settle the matter amicably. After some discussion in the open court the matter was settled amicably. The complainant received Rs. 650/- amount from the learned advocate of the opposite party. The complainant in all has claimed Rs. 3,740/- in his complaint on different heads. The complainant submitted that atleast the opposite party may be directed to pay Rs. 1,000/- for full settlement of his claim since he has spent amount in filing case and he has also spent amount towards auto fare and to remove the main shaft from engine. Taking into consideration all facts and in view of the discussion and settlement of the matter it would be just, fair and reasonable to direct the opposite party to deposit another Rs. 350/- in this forum, so that the amount will be paid to the complainant. The opposite party is directed to deposit Rs. 350/- within 15 days from the date of this order. Today the complainant has returned the legend Back Wheel Drum to the opposite party. In view of the settlement of the matter the case is closed. <br /> 2. Send the copy of this Order to both the parties free of costs immediately. <br /> 3.
