ORDER

The case is advanced on the strength of advance petition filed jointly by the complainant and OP No.1. The OP No.1 appeared personally and filed the Vakalatnama in favour of Advocate G. C. Sahoo which is accepted . The complainant and OP No.1 filed a joint compromise petition stating that the dispute regarding change of ownership of domestic gas connection has been solved and her consumer No. 7012. She does not want to proceed with the case any more . The complainant also filed her hazira separately. The contents of the compromise petition is read over land explained to the parties to which they admitted to be correct. In view of this ,complainant does not want to proceed further in this case.

The compromise is allowed and the case is dropped accordingly.
