ORDER

The Op No. 1 and 2 file hazira. The Complainant prays for time for filing show cause on the personal ground of Ld. Advocate/Agent. None moves the petition. Strong objection is raised by Ld. Advocate/Agent of the Ops.

            We find that since 03/03/2017 the Complainant has been praying for time on personal ground of his Ld. Advocate/Agent. He has taken adjournment for filing show cause on 19/07/2018, 03/08/2018, 20/09/2018 and 10/10/2018 on personal ground of the Ld. Advocate/Agent.

 This Consumer Complainant case is to be disposed of within 3 months.

By order date 10/10/2018 the complainant has been directed to file show cause by filing fresh power i/d case will be dismissed.

            In spite of that the Complainant again prays for time on self some ground.

            In view of the last order we think present case is to be dismissed.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    that the CC/116/2015 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution and non Compliance of the order of the forum. No cost.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
