Complainant present. Opposite party also present. Heard the matter. Complainant explained the details, but the opposite party is not willing for an amicable settlement. Since the matter is simple, further proceedings need not be continued. Complainant produced the original bill for Rs.850/- for the product and produced the service receipt. Documents A1 and A2 marked. On a detailed verification, Forum found that the opposite party shall return the amount of Rs.850/- (Rupees eight hundred and fifty only) to the complainant and pay a compensation of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only). The opposite party shall comply with the order within 15 days from the date of this order. Complaint allowed.
