Complainant and OP are physically present. Seen pt. No.341 filed by the parties intending that both of them have entered into an amicable settlement towards execution of judgment delivered in their case & by said compensation OP have paid Rs.10000 to complainant as an amount of compensation and OP has replaced the defective battery sold to complainant by a new one and complainant has accepted the above settlement. So the case is disposed off on the basis of the compromise pt.
