In the result, the complaint is partly allowed.  The opposite parties jointly and severally ordered to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) as compensation for the mental agony  and loss suffered by the complainant due to deficiency  in service  and to pay costs  Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) of this complaint to the complainant within  a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt  of this  order failing which the amounts  will carry interest at the rate of 6% per annum.
