The Complainant as also the OP and their Ld. Agents have been present in the Lok Adalat.

Heard both sides.

The parties have settled the matter amicably on condition as made in the order as follows:

It is ordered

That the instant case is disposed of out of amicable settlement between the parties.  The Complainant would lodge a missing Diary with the concerned P.S for the Celext and thereafter, he would hand over the copies of the G.D, up-dated insurance papers and road tax to the OP for getting the Number Plate of the Two- Wheeler.  On receipt of the same, the OP would do everything for getting the number of the Two-Wheeler within a week.  On receipt of RC Book, the OP will hand over the same to the Complainant forthwith.

Accordingly, the instant case be and the same is disposed of.

Let plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties concerned by hand/by Post forthwith, free of cost  for information & necessary action, if any. The copy of the Final Order will also be available in the official Website: www.confonet.nic.in.
