Complainant is present and filed a petition with affidavit a prayer that this matter has been settled out side the froum , hence how be does not with to proceed with this case further . hence it has been prayed to recall the date and dismissed this case as with drawn . in view of above facts , the prayer at complainant is allowed and the date is recalled and fixed for today and as per prayer this case is dismissed as withdrawn .
