            Complaint is alleging deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties.  According to complainant he purchased an Induction Cooker having serial No.OMH 2031103460 from opposite party No.1 for `3700/-. It was given life time warranty.  But the induction cooker became defective 3 months and he made complaint to opposite partyNo.2 through their customer care number.  Since there was no response he again contacted opposite party No.1, at that time opposite party give him  the technician’s mobile number.  But on calling the technician  talked rudely and indecently. Hence the complainant claiming a compensation of `10,000/- and cost of the induction cooker `3700/-.

  1.   In response to the notices issued, both opposite parties appeared  before the Forum. They submitted that they are ready to rectify the defects and extend the warranty for one year from 22-12-2011.  Complainant satisfied with this suggestion.

            Hence  the complaint stands allowed and opposite parties  are directed to rectify the defects and extend the warranty of the induction cooker having the serial number OMH 2031103460 for one year from 22-12-2011. Failing which they shall be liable to pay the amount claimed by the complainant in his complaint.
