Shri Sundar Lal Behera, President  : - The complainant’s case in brief is that, she has purchased optical glass from the O.P by paying Rs.1500/- only but the complainant feels doubt about the actual price of the said optical glass.  The complainant alleges that the O.P have not provided the GST bill rather given false or duplicate bill, hence this case.

            The O.P. appeared through his counsel and submitted that the complainant has never demanded any GST bill rather has availed extra discounts including services charges and prayed for dismissal of the case.

            Heard from the parties, gone through the case record.  The complainant purchased one Metal Supra Frame costing Rs.900/- only and alongwith optical glass costing Rs.600/- only per pair and paid Rs.1,500/- only in total.  The O.P issued a general bill bearing No.278 dtd.12.09.2017 without mentioning any GST charges.  As per allegation of complainant the O.P filed his GST papers, tax invoice of his purchasing from M/s Shanker Optical ,Bargarh and a copy of Swiss Retail Price List. It is very heard to say that the O.P has taken excess price of the products as because  there is no any comparison price list of the said products.

            On the above facts and circumstances we do not found any merit on the part of complainant, hence the present is hereby dismissed with no costs.

            Accordingly the case is disposed of.

Order pronounced in the open court today the 24^th day of April’ 2018 and copy of this order shall be supplied to the parties as per rule.
