This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 26-9-2014, in the presence of Sri V. Rajesh and P. Sudhakar, Advocates for complainant and Sri V. Srinivas, Advocate for opposite party no.1 and Sri K. Gopalakrishna, Advocates for opposite party no.2 and Sri L. V. Ramana Rao and M. Narsingrao, Advocates for opposite party no.3. The opposite party no.4 remained exparte, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

The complainant filed memo for full and final satisfaction as he already settled the matter for Rs.,7,50,000/- which has been already received through D.Ds.
Hence the matter stands closed.
