Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (now amended as Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019) against the OPs.

Present:        Shri G.D. Sharma, Advocate for the Complainant.

 

         

                     Today the case is fixed for appearance of OPs No. 1 to 2. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that OPs had contacted the complainant on phone on 04.12.2020 and offered for out of court settlement by refunding the amount wrongly deducted from the security deposit, and on 05.12.2020 the amount was credited in the account of the complainant. Therefore, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant requested to close the present compliant against OPs.                 

                     Heard. Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been settled between the parties by way of mutual compromise as per the statement of the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint as prayed for, is allowed to be withdrawn and the same is hereby accordingly dismissed.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
