This case record is put up today on the strength of compliance of order dated 18.03.2020 filed by the complainant wherein it is stated that Op.No.2 has complied the dated 05.02.2020 passed by the Forum in the C.C. No. 39 of 2017 and the complainant received the awarded amount to his entire satisfaction, as such he does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps. 

It is ascertained from the said compliance memo that complainant has received the awarded amount to his entire satisfation and he does not want to proceed further against the O.Ps. Hence Considering the same, we are inclined to close the case. The present case is closed hencefroth.
