06.01.2018  :  The Complainant being present filed a memo dated 06.1.2018 stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court and hence the Complainant in view of the above settlement with the O.Ps, does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

Perused the memo dated 06.01.2018 filed by the complainant and found that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of court amicably and also the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

In view of the above facts on the basis of the memo dated 06.01.2018, we dismiss the case against the Opp. Parties, since amicably settled.
