Appellant Shri.Laxman Maruti Gangad as well as his counsel Shri. S.B.Mundada are also absent. Adv.R.B.Shaha for the respondent is present. The record reflects that the appellant as well as his counsel Shri. Mundada are absent since long. However, on last date and also on earlier date the matter was adjourned till today by way of last chance but today also nobody for the appellant is present. Hence, the appeal deserves to be dismissed and accordingly it is dismissed. No order as to cost.
