               The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in selling defective product such as Wed G seeking for direction to the opposite party to take back the defective product products and to give new genuine bed or to refund the amount of Rs.9000/- to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation along with cost.

No representation for complainant.  Proof affidavit not filed inspite of sufficient opportunities.  Hence we are of the view that no fruitful purpose would be solved by keeping the complaint on file.  Dismissed for non prosecution
