The case was posted today for appearance of the parties. Notice has been served properly neither the complainant nor the O.P appeared. The complainant has not submitted required documents for evidence and also has submitted even affidavit. In support of his petition. Hence, we are of a considered view that the case can not be proceed and so not stand for procecution and the case is dropped and disposed of accordingly.
