1. Prop. Swaagat, of the communication people, shop no.220-221, 1^st floor, Kunjpura Road, opposite Head Post Office, Karnal.

2. M/s Bharti Enterprises SCO 402 Mugal Canal, Karnal through its authorized person/prop.

                                    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                     Opposite party no.1 exparte.

                     Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for opposite parties no.2.

                         

ORDER:

                          Learned counsel of opposite party no.2 made a statement that matter has been settled between the parties amicably and  as per settlement company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- (in lieu of bill amount of Rs.13,500/-) to the  complainant as full and final settlement within 45 days.

                        Thereafter, learned counsel of complainant also made statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of opposite party no.2, he is ready to receive the abvoesaid amount and also ready to deposit the remaining accessories at the service centre whereas the mobile set is already in the custody of service centre.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements of the both the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
