ORDER

By Smt. C.S. Sulekha Beevi, President, 1. Complainant is aggrieved that opposite party has not issued the hire purchase termination letter even after repayment of the entire loan. 2. Opposite party filed version admitting the hire purchase transaction. That complainant has defaulted instalments and has to pay additional interest for late payments. The documents connected with the vehicle is not traceable since it is a very old case. That complaint is filed suppressing true facts and is only to be dismissed. 3. Evidence consists of affidavit filed by complainant and Ext.A1 and A2 series marked on behalf of complainant. No affidavit or documents filed on behalf of opposite party. 4. Claim of complainant is proved by evidence tendered through affidavit and documents. Complaint allowed. We order opposite party to issue the hire purchase termination letter of the vehicle No.KL-10 F 3660 within one month from the date of this order, failing which on request by complainant, copy of this order will be communicated to the concerned Regional Transport Officer who on receipt of copy of this order shall cancel the endorsement in favour of opposite party in respect of vehicle No.KL-10 F 3660.
