Parties present personally along with their Advocate. Complainant received the Rs. 3,200/-(Rupees three thousand two hundred)only from the OP as cost of saree and OP received the defective saree from Complainant which is deposited in the custody of Forum. The Parties files memo jointly on the above ground and prays for disposal of the case.

Gone though the memo filed by the Parties jointly and the case is compromised between the Parties.

Hence the case is disposed off accordingly.
