Case called out. None responds nor steps taken for issuance of notice to the respondent. This appeal is pending since 2003 and the appellant is not taking steps for issuing notice to the respondent and the appellant was given too many opportunities for the same but still none is appearing from the side of the appellant nor any steps taken. Therefore, it is clear that the appellant is no more interested in the proceedings of the case and therefore, there is no purpose in adjourning the case. This appeal, therefore, deserves to be dismissed in default of the appellant.

ORDER

The appeal is dismissed in default.

Certified copy of the judgment be provided to the parties in accordance with rules.
