On Dt.31/08/2016 a joint compromise petition filed and put up to-day for consideration.
Both Complainant & representative of OP present before the Forum and have filed a joint compromise petition and the contention and stipulation of compromise petition is that both the Complainant and OP have settled their dispute outside the Court and Petitioner/ Complainant do not want to proceed with the case anymore against the OP. Both the Complainant & OP have endorsed their signature to the compromise petition.
Hence in the circumstance the Forum, disposed of the complaint accordingly.
