Complainant files hazirah and also files a verified petition alongwith Aadhar Card for withdrawing the case.

Perused the petition.

Complainant is examined and the identity of Krishna Ray Pramanik is verified with his self attested Aadhar Card and identified by his Ld. Advocate Sri Santosh Kr. Sah.

Complainant submits that he does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.P and the case is amicably settled with the O.P out of this Commission and he has already received Rs.15,000/- and a new H.P. model machine from the O.P.

Heard. Considered and the prayer is allowed.

Hence, it is

Ordered

            That the case No. CC/47/2023 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
