Today, an application for providing the documents/job sheet/repair worksheet has been preferred by the applicant/OP No.3 along with written statement and power of attorney. However, Complainant Sushil Kumar appeared and made a statement that he has received the new mobile set from the OP No.1 and hand over the old mobile set to the OP No.1. He further stated that the matter has been settled and therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is herby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
