Complainant is present in person. Op is present personally alongwith Ld. Lawyer.

Heard both sides. The dispute is settled voluntarily.

It is settled that OP will pay Rs.10960/-, the purchase value to the complainant subject to return of the purchased ornament in question and the OP will also pay Rs.1000/- towards litigation cost.

Complainant returned the said ornament alongwith cash memo to the OP and the OP, Sri Hemanta Kr. Sarkar has paid Rs.11960/- in total in cash to the complainant before this Lok Adalat.

The case is settled voluntarily and as such case is disposed of finally.
