ORDER

 The complainant is absent . It appears from the perusal of the record that this complainant was filed on 17.07.10 and the case has been coming on the point of hearing on admission , but from 23.11.10 the case has been coming for filing Court Fee by the complainant but the complainant has always been absent and he never appeared nor he was evered represented .After giving sufficient time to the complainant for depositing the court fee a last chance was given on 09.02.11 but inspite of the last chance the complainant did not appear nor deposited the court fee . the case relates to purchase of Nagpur make Air Cooler value Rs. 4800/.

                         Perused the record and member are of the unanimous view that the complainant after filing of the complainant did not appear nor he files the court fee, hence this complainant must be rejected for non filing of the court fee . Hence this complainant must be rejected for non filing of the court fee. Hence this complainant is rejected under Sec. 12(3) of the Consumer Protection Act .
