The learned counsel for the complainant filed an advance petition along with a memo on 17/07/2023 which is put up today. Learned counsel for the complainant is filed a memo stating therein that both the parties amicable settlement outside the Commission and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case and want to drop the case.

                 In view of the above memo filed by the parties jointly, the case is dropped and withdrawn.
