      Today is fixed for admission hearing. But the Complainant files a petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground of some formal defect with liberty to file a fresh case.

        Heard. Considered. The prayer is allowed. The Complainant be given permission to withdraw the case with liberty to file a fresh case.

      Hence, it is

                                                      ORDERED

that the instant case No. CC/59/2024be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the Complainant to file a fresh case subject to the law of limitation.

    Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to the Complainant under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
