Complainant files hazira. The O.P No.1 files a petition dated 11.04.2018 along with written version praying for vacating ex parte hearing order against them and accepting written version is taken up for passing order treating the same as M.A 34/2018. Copy served

            Heard both sides.

            During hearing Ld. Advocate/Agent of the O.P No.1 submits that due to ailment of the Director, they are unable to submit the W.V in due time, which may be condoned.

            We find that the cause shown is sufficient and accordingly prayer is liable to be allowed.

O.P No.2 files W.V. Copy served. The O.P No.1 files receipt regarding service of documents.

that the petition dated 11.04.2018 praying for vacating ex parte hearing order against them and accepting written version i.e. M.A No. 34/2018 is allowed on contest. No cost.
