Parties file hazirha.

The petition dated 16/02/2017 filed by the O.P No.2 Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Service Ltd. for expunging their name from the present case is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A No. 48/2018

The Complainant has contested the application without filing any formal object.

We find that the O.P No. 2 prayed for expunging them form this case as the Complainant has not prayed for any relief against them in this case.

But such matter is to be decided at the time of trial and at this stage the present petition is liable to be rejected.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 16/02/2017 filed by the O.P No.2 for expunging them from the present case i.e. M.A No. 48/2018 be and the same is rejected on contest but without any cost.

Thus the M.A is disposed of accordingly.
